  • Easyclean Sidewall Belting officially launched

    The EasyClean vertical lifting system are special used for tunnelling project with sticky material handling which consist of flat belting conveyor and pocket conveyor system. The ideal solution is to improve the efficiency of conveyor capacity because of the stick material in pocket comparing to the traditional sidewall belting conveyor system. The system has the advantages of simple structure, low maintenance and high working efficiency for different kinds of muck handling in underground space.   The sticky material from TBM post continuous conveying fall into the pocket of EasyClean conveyor belting which consist of one flat belting and one special sidewall belting. Both belting work together as pocket belting to transmit sticky material to be vertical/discharging section of conveyor and discharge the material as separable fabrication. Both conveyor system drive two belting in synchronized operation condition. The material sticked to the special sidewall belting can be easily come from belting because of the self-gravity into the preset conversion equipment and the material sticked to the flat belting can be easily cleaned by scraper when both belting are separated from each other.
